WABCO Training Courses
Basic Air Brake – 1 Day
To get a better overall knowledge, the course covers componentry and basic fault finding.

Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) – 1 Day
This course covers WABCO (ABS) systems (C,D,D+ and E) found on Trucks and Buses. It deals with the principles of ABS braking, the componentry, and fault finding by flash code, multimeters and diagnostic software.

Trailer Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) – 1 Day
Courses cover the WABCO trailer (ABS), from Vario C through to VCS and the latest version, VCS II. The training covers the principles of Trailer (ABS), the componentry, fault finding (flash codes, multimeter and diagnostic software). The course also deals with retrofitting of a VCS II system to replace any other Trailer ABS.

Electronic Braking System (EBS) – 1 Day
WABCO were the first to introduce Truck / Bus (EBS) in 1996. This system is now popular across a wide range of Truck and Bus applications. On this course the attendees gain a good understanding of the componentry involved and also full knowledge of the diagnostic system.

Electronic Braking System (EBS) D – 1 Day
This course covers the installation, repair and maintenance of the WABCO Trailer (EBS) ‘D’ system. You will also cover the advanced functions and diagnostic software to a level where a PIN number will be issued on the successful completion of the course, this will enable you to carry out a parameterization on the Trailer EBS ‘D’ system.

Electronic Braking System (EBS) E – 2 Days
Part 1 – 200 124 121 0
This course covers the installation, repair and maintenance of the WABCO Trailer (EBS) ‘E’ system including information of all the major componentry.
Part 2 – 200 124 122 0
This course follows on from Trailer (EBS) Part 1 (normally held on the previous day) and cannot be attended until Part 1 has been completed. Part 2 covers the advanced functions of the diagnostic software to a level where a PIN number is issued; this will enable you to carry out a parameterization on the Trailer EBS ‘E’ system.

ECAS – 1 Day
This course covers the functionality of an (ECAS) system, fault finding (using a diagnostic controller and diagnostic software). On successful completion of the course a PIN number is issued, after purchasing the diagnostic software you will be able to carry out a parameterization of a system in line with the respective vehicle manufacturer’s specification.

Braking and Suspension Systems Course – 2 Days
The long established ‘Braking and Suspension Systems’ course covers all features of Knorr-Bremse braking products, including: basic air braking systems, air disc brakes, ABS and EBS diagnostics.

Braking and Suspension Systems – 2 Day Modular Course
This course is split into two modules; each covering the subject matter in depth.
Day 1: Focus – all variants of the Knorr-Bremse Air Disc Brake, together with extensive practical training.
Day 2: Focus – Trailer Electronic Braking Systems (TEBS), including comprehensive work on diagnostics.
